Community Development Coordinator Requirements

• Ability to facilitate, promote, and negotiate community planning and development projects.

• Plan and monitor empowerment programs to secure and examine community development opportunities.

• Work at the community level and ensure that the public is communicated with consistently.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree of Social Sciences, Business Administration, Planning, or Communication.

• Starting salary at $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Office Manager Requirements

• Work well under pressure with good IT, communication, & written skills to process information for reporting & scheduling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Evaluate and manage staff performance.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Finance - or qualifying experience in field.

Property Manager Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age, high school graduate or equivalent.

• Willing to meet with tenants and oversee rent payments & maintenance requests.

• Follow all laws and regulations of proper tenant & landlord relations in SC & Jasper County.

• Show & lease vacant apartments to potential residents.

• Process applications for new tenants, delinquent payments as well as evictions.
